The first store in the Kyushu region will open in Tenjin, Fukuoka Prefecture, Kyushu's busiest and most prosperous business district.
The interior of the restaurant, which is enveloped by lighting made of three-dimensional braided wood, a traditional craft of Okawa, Fukuoka, is composed mainly of semi-private rooms covered with clay walls like a stratum of earth, with a corridor-like passageway through which you can encounter various scenes, an open kitchen where you can feel the heat, sofa seats facing a window, a counter with a view of the outside, and seats for four people. The restaurant offers a wide variety of seating options, including open kitchen seats facing the window, sofa seats facing the window, counter seats with a view of the outside, and a private room for four that can accommodate a large group with movable partitions.
