We conceptualized the inside of the restaurant as “Retreat in Ginza” with chic modern atmosphere using wood as the base color. You have three choices of the seating: seating of kotatsu built into the floor, table seating, and counter seating that offers you a dynamic experience to see how your dishes are prepared in the kitchen. Removing the partitions, the kotatsu seating room can be switched to one that can accommodate the maximum of sixteen guests, providing a brief respite escaping from the hustle and bustle of the urban city, all depending on how you use.
